Introduction

By participating in Curvi Gal’s Spinning Wheel Discount Pop-Up (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Promotion.

  • Participation is open to residents of United States only, excluding employees and immediate family members of Curvi Gal and its affiliates.

The Promotion begins on 10/01/23 and shall continue indefinitely until terminated at the sole discretion of Curvi Gal. Curvi Gal reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice to participants. Any changes to the Promotion period will be communicated on our website and/or through email notifications.

How to Participate

  • No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
  • To participate, entrants must submit their valid email address that is used for purchase.

  • No purchase is necessary to participate or receive a discount in the Promotion.
  • Prizes and discounts may include percentages off determined by the site owner, and/or free shipping.
  • Prizes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Winners will be notified via email within 1-2 hours of spinning the wheel.
  • Discounts must be used within 2 hours and are subject to any additional terms and conditions specified at the time of issue.
  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you are providing your information to Curvi Gal and not to Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
